Thanks to the work led by the working groups, Michael Culture is able to provide several tools and services, for the general public and professionals and for its members:

- Network contact point: the association is the main contact for all the network members. It ensures the management and animation of the network, as well as the exchange of information within the members, creation of synergies with other networks

- Dissemination of best practices (access to and connection with the network community experiences, tools and guidelines on DCH main topics…)

- Communication and promotion services (newsletters, website, access to EU information),

- Project development support

- Innovative tools to promote European digital cultural heritage
